1. General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the biji platform and its users. By registering on biji or using any service on the site, you automatically accept these terms. These terms may change from time to time, so it is recommended that you review this page regularly.

1.2 Definition of Services

"Services" refers to all online betting, casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting and other related features provided by biji. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on biji.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on biji. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. biji reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use biji, each account must have a separate identity document and payment method.

2.3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You must not share your password or account details with anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the biji support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from failure to keep account details secure.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on biji is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted — the source of the deposit must belong to the account holder.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until account verification is complete.

3.3 Identity Verification

biji may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents for identity verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the withdrawal will remain on hold. This process is part of ensuring the overall security of the platform. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20 times the bonus — meaning a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳24,000 in wagers to be completed.

4.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other method to take advantage of bonuses will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus and all winnings earned through it will be forfeited. Each bonus has its own validity period and terms, which are communicated at the time of the offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

biji's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, 1.2% for Platinum and 1.5% for Diamond. For example, if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Moving to a higher level depends on the member's overall activity.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. biji reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the user's account.

5.2 Match Fixing and Suspicious Activity

Betting through match fixing, use of insider information, or any other unfair means is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is suspected, biji may investigate the relevant account and permanently close it if necessary. biji's decision on such matters will be considered final.

5.3 Software and Automation Prohibition

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or similar technology on the biji platform is prohibited. Any action that could disrupt the operation of the site is subject to penalty.

6. Responsible Gaming

biji is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. 9. Account Suspension and Closure

biji may temporarily or permanently close any account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Fixing or fraudulent activity
• Suspected security threat or unusual transactions
• Extended period of inactivity

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Please complete any pending withdrawals before doing so. Contact the biji support team to request account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

biji is not responsible for any loss to a user caused by a technical error, server outage or internet connection problem. Every effort will be made to resolve issues arising from technical causes, but compensation cannot be guaranteed. biji will not be liable for losses caused by external cyberattacks or events beyond its control.

11. Dispute Resolution
